Glass units are made to measure for any window. Hardware — cranks, balances, locks, latches — is available from the original maker for many models, and from proven equivalent suppliers for discontinued ones. Rotted wood is rebuilt, not ordered. So "they don't make that part anymore" rarely means the window can't be fixed.
