Usually, yes. One close-up of the problem and one photo of the whole window is typically enough for a price range. The exact price is confirmed when we see the window.

We handle broken windows during our hours, 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. We will tell you honestly how soon we can get there and can secure the opening before the glass is replaced.

Wood we rebuild or replace is covered for 3 years. Insulated glass units carry the manufacturer's 20-year warranty. If we install hardware incorrectly, we redo it.

Parts we don't make carry only their supplier's warranty. Leaks from roofs, flashing, siding or skylights, and damage from impact or storms, are not covered.

Wood, vinyl, aluminum and clad windows of every common style — double-hung, casement, awning, slider, basement and storm windows — from most brands, including discontinued models.

No. We repair windows. If a window truly needs replacing, we will tell you honestly, and we offer a free second opinion on replacement quotes.

We repair door glass, rotted door wood and patio door glass and alignment. We don't repair locks, hinges or garage doors, or replace whole doors.
