"Igor and his partner correctly diagnosed the problem with my Pella sliding door after Pella just told me that a ‘replacement’ was needed without inspecting the door.
Igor arrived on schedule, (a rare thing these days) and worked tirelessly. It was evident that ‘good enough’ wasn’t acceptable to him. It had to be ‘perfect’ and it was.
The cost was a surprise and probably only 50% of the cost I expected.
