They built us a custom scaffold to fit the small narrow vertical space and replaced windows at almost 40 feet height which is very impressive. I can not say enough wonderful things about Local Window Service Inc.… Igor and his partner came out the very same day I called and provided me a quote on all the repairs I needed done. I had ALOT of wood rot around my overhead garage door, my front door and window. They explained what would have to be done and they would complete everything in a day. That was on a Wednesday, they came out the following Tuesday morning to begin the work. Igor and his partner were punctual, polite, understood what I needed done. They did an amazing job and all in one day! They cleaned up everything so nicely too. No mess left behind. Plus they were not outrageously expensive…very reasonable! Just called to get a screen repair of one screen damaged by the high… winds we are having. The man who answered the phone did not even identify himself or the company. Then he said he would not repair just one screen? He stated he charges $150 minimum which was fine with me but I had to have more than one screen to repair? I guess he has enough business! I will find someone that wants new business!!read more

Igor and his partner correctly diagnosed the problem with my Pella… sliding door after Pella just told me that a ‘replacement’ was needed without inspecting the door.Igor arrived on schedule, (a rare thing these days) and worked tirelessly. It was evident that ‘good enough’ wasn’t acceptable to him. Great quality, fair and transparent pricing, and the work was quickly… done.We had a crank window in our nursery that wouldn’t shut properly and would slam open and closed when it was windy out (not ideal for a sleeping baby, especially in the winter)Within an hour after calling, Igor came out to look it over and give us a quote.
